my most mature - but probably deep down most troubled - student told me today his favorite show is Friends - which is weird. they mostly like king of the hill, south park - and he is SO rough. but he loves friends. and he says he's seen all the episodes (hates that is not on anymore and i said, no no reruns are 7 pm on the wb every night - he says, yeah but those are all old ones that i've seen ...). someone interrupted our conversation, and he said, be quiet we are trying to talk about friends.
really cute.
