i yelled more today than i have yet, total, i think.
i had a couple kids who were acting like morons all day. all stupid stuff that they know not to do with me.
and of course, the occasional yell doesn't help, it just makes me feel like crap.
which is what i felt like when i came home and slept for 2 hours.
