the entire school was FREEZING today. i put on my coat by midafternoon and wore it. all the kids were wearing their hats.

i went downstairs after school to share krispy kremes with a friend (mmm fundraisers) and he was doing a little lesson after school with *his* scarf and hat on. it was one of those hats that ties at the chin, covers the ears ... i think it may have even had a little ball on the top. priceless.
