speaking of pets

kate and i have a bunch now.

they live in our walls and have broken into our food AND pooped in my shoes.

they've only been here for a few days, and i hear them ALL the time. it drives me crazy, and i mean that quite seriously. i feel as though i am going insane when i'm in my apartment. i get all obsessive about finding the mice, stopping up their holes, setting traps (well, since this afternoon when i bought some), etc.
