visits

as i drove by the abandoned church where two of my students attend an after-school program, i had an urge to go in and see how they were doing.

needless to say, they were SHOCKED to see their teacher walk in. but they do not get along with each other at all and plus i am giving them a quiz tomorrow on social studies vocab we really haven't worked on much this week due to their behavior.

sooo ... i felt like i should check on them and help them out (even though one is the little punk who gave me my new nickname ...).

it was a pretty funny 30 minutes.
